Hog Roasting-  This is a small side line to the farm and the pigs. Most of the pork is produced for the shop at the farm but we also produce whole pigs for parties whether weddings, birthdays or social occasions. Our smallest pigs will produce enough meat to feed 50 people when roasted. The meat is succulent and tender having cooked on a spit roast for 5 hours, rotating and continually basting itself. We use our own free range rare breed pigs, selecting them at about eight months old.
